1. Who We Are

Idle Game Studio ("the Game") is developed and published by ZAF Games Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you download, install, or play the Game, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

We do not require an account to play, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email, or precise location.

3. Why We Use It

Operate and improve the Game (bug fixing, balancing, performance).
Understand how players engage with the Game (Firebase Analytics).
Show and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted (Google AdMob).
Process purchases made through Google Play.
Detect cheating, fraud, and abuse.
Respond to you when you contact us.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

We use the following service providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

Google Play Services / Google Play Billing — app distribution and purchases.
Firebase Analytics (Google) — gameplay and performance analytics.
Google AdMob — in-game advertising.

5. Children & Age Requirement

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your place of residence, you confirm you have a parent or legal guardian's permission to play and to make any in-app purchases. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

6. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required by law (e.g. for EU/Poland players), such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law.

7. Data Retention

We retain gameplay and analytics data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by our service providers' own retention settings, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Rights

All players

You may reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings, and you may uninstall the Game at any time to stop further data collection. Contact us with any question or request via our Discord server.

You have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). To exercise these rights, contact us via Discord.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing, including profiling for advertising purposes. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us via Discord.

9. Security

We rely on the security measures provided by Google Play, Firebase, and AdMob to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where required by law, we will provide additional notice.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Canada, without prejudice to any mandatory data protection rights you may have under the law of the Philippines or the European Union / Poland as set out above.
