Terms of Use

Last updated: 08-19-2026 · Applies to all players worldwide. Additional region-specific terms apply to players located in the Philippines and in Poland / the European Union, as noted in each section below.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Idle Game Studio ("the Game"), published by ZAF Games Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which apply in addition to Google Play's own terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are a minor under the age of majority in your place of residence, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to play and to make any in-app purchases.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on a compatible device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

4. Account & Data

Some features may require a linked account or device identifier. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Philippines

Your personal data is additionally processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting us on our Discord server.

Poland / European Union

Your personal data is additionally processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (RODO/GDPR). Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing, by contacting us on our Discord server. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or your local supervisory authority.

5. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

The Game may offer virtual currency, items, or subscriptions purchased through Google Play. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All purchases are final, except where required otherwise by mandatory consumer protection law applicable to you or by Google Play's refund policy.

Philippines

Purchases are additionally subject to Philippine consumer protection law (RA 7394) where mandatory.

Poland / European Union

Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases. This right may be lost once you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right at the time of purchase, consistent with Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Poland.

6. User Conduct

No cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software.
No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in any in-game communication features.
No reverse engineering, reselling, or commercial exploitation of the Game.

7. Intellectual Property

All game content, code, art, and trademarks are owned by ZAF Games Inc. or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property law, including Philippine and EU intellectual property law where relevant to players located there.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZAF Games Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.

Philippines / Poland / European Union

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under mandatory Philippine or EU/Polish consumer protection law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game for violation of these Terms, at our reasonable discretion and, where applicable, in a manner consistent with mandatory consumer protection rules.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Except as set out below for players in the Philippines or Poland/EU, these Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Canada.

Philippines

If you are located in the Philippines, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Philippine courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection venue rules.

Poland / European Union

If you are located in Poland or elsewhere in the EU, these Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence within the EU. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes in advance. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
